Sonoma Rye Premium California Whiskey is a robust, full-bodied craft whiskey produced by Sonoma Distilling Co., an early pioneer in the California craft distilling movement founded by Adam Spiegel in 2010. Double-distilled in direct-fire copper pot stills, this premium expression focuses on a traditional, grain-forward approach using non-GMO grains.


• Nose: Rich aromas of vanilla, allspice, raw rye grain, dark cherries, and intense leather.
• Palate: A bold, peppery profile featuring white pepper, dried apricot, walnut, cloves, and a touch of caramel.
• Finish: A medium, chewy finish with lingering notes of dark rye bread, anise, and raw wood spice.
