Orders placed on www.justlikepapa.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Cape Town and can be delivered throughout South Africa.
Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Army bases. See below for more information.

Returns
Just Like Papa honours the warranty offered by the specific brands against manufacturer defects on all products purchased from www.justlikepapa.com. Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, and other marks are not covered under warranty.
If you wish to return your purchased item that has no manufacturer defect, you may do so if the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition. We can issue you a web-store credit for exchange.
