This spicy Morrocan inspired tagine is made with humble ingredients and bursting with flavour.

Made with: Butternut, courgette, couscous, chickpeas, tomato, onion, dried apricot, garlic, ginger, chilli, ground cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, chilli powder, coconut oil and salt.

Easy to prepare: Our meals are cooked, dehydrated and then packaged, ready for you to take on your adventure. All you need to do is pour the contents into a pot, cover with water and cook for around ten minutes. Stir from time to time so your food doesn't stick to the bottom of your pot.
